About the Role
Support the Studio across production shoots, immersive technology demonstrations, large-scale public events, and VIP engagements.
Work across creative, technical, and operational activities to help projects run smoothly and contribute to how the Studio communicates its work.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, partners, VIP guests, and other stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of holographic production shoots, executive demos, technology showcases, and public experiences.
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, stakeholder communications, and on-the-ground delivery activities.
- Represent the production team with VIPs, clients, partners, and senior leadership.
- Track project progress, anticipate challenges, flag risks, and ensure follow-through through post-delivery.
- Test emerging technologies and help integrate them into creative workflows and event experiences.
- Maintain documentation and support procurement, inventory, and organized team workflows.
Qualifications
- Be agile, flexible, organized, and proactive in a dynamic setting where priorities shift.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with VIPs and key stakeholders.
- Take ownership of tasks, work independently, and drive activities forward without close supervision.
- Have a passion for using technology to deliver innovative real-world experiences.
- Explain complex work in a clear and compelling way to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Be eager to learn new technologies, tools, and workflows and support broad initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Production experience in games, film, creative, or technology-driven environments is desirable.
- Background in production, event management, VFX, creative industries, or immersive technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with Notion, Trello, ShotGrid, Excel, or Figma is preferred.
