Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing spa staff, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the highest standards of service and wellness operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and achieve business targets.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns or complaints.
- Monitor appointment scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety standards in accordance with UAE regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement of spa products and supplies.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services, packages, and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and identify training and development
- Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per hour
