The Assistant Manager, Laundry assists the Laundry Manager with the day-to-day operation of Guest Laundry.
The role includes quality checks to ensure guest laundry pickup and delivery meet FORBES standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily Guest Laundry operations.
- Check that guest laundry pickup and delivery processes meet FORBES standards.
- Conduct quality checks and support customer service and resort operations.
About You
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or housekeeping experience.
- At least two years in a similar position within a luxury property.
- Ability to contribute to and successfully deliver against a business strategy.
- Passion for customer service and willingness to learn different areas of resort operations.
