Support the Financial Planning and Analysis team with budgeting, forecasting, workforce productivity monitoring, and business decision-making.
Develop financial models and assess business scenarios to support commercial and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
- Monitor workforce productivity and performance.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and present clear recommendations.
- Develop financial models and evaluate business scenarios.
- Identify process and productivity improvement opportunities.
About You
- Bring advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
- Be analytical and organized, managing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have strong business acumen and an operational focus.
- Be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, including under pressure.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable but not essential.
