The VIP Hostess at Ossiano is the first point of contact for guests and helps create a positive impression.
Guest experience
- Greet guests upon arrival, communicate wait times, and monitor the waiting list.
- Show guests to their tables and bid them farewell as they leave.
- Use natural conversation and customer service to welcome guests.
- Work positively with the team in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate profile
- Ideally, have international exposure in a similar role or two years of experience in a luxury hotel and high-end restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills.
Training and development
- Attend internal and external training courses to develop skills and food-and-beverage knowledge.
