The role involves anticipating guest needs and coordinating with guests and surrounding teams.
Guest service responsibilities
- Provide detailed service options and create guest itineraries.
- Arrange tours, transport, and a wide variety of guest bookings.
- Manage pre-stay and post-stay correspondence.
- Use strong hotel, food and beverage, and local Dubai knowledge to enhance guest experiences.
- Continuously develop and share up-to-date knowledge with the team.
About you
- Demonstrate a passion for service delivery and provide bespoke guest suggestions and services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German language ability is advantageous.
