The Restaurant General Manager works with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee Hakkasan’s overall operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of restaurant service.
- Train, motivate, and retain the team; manage staffing plans.
- Manage food costs, labor costs, and profit and loss.
- Oversee safety and hygiene and comply with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of hospitality experience, including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
- Pan-Asian cuisine or Michelin-starred restaurant experience is preferred.
- Requires leadership, motivation, delegation, financial understanding, and adaptability.
