Responsibilities
- Provide efficient reception and information to guests, attending to their needs and requests.
- Ensure Imperial Club check-ins and check-outs run smoothly and cashiering transactions are processed promptly and correctly.
- Deliver resort service standards and personalized assistance throughout guests’ stays.
- Coordinate with food and beverage service colleagues to maintain sanitation and safety standards.
- Maintain full knowledge of Imperial Services offerings and benefits.
Candidate profile
- The ideal candidate has one year of experience in a similar role and a proven record working in an international hotel.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills are required, along with confidence serving a diverse clientele.
- The role calls for enthusiasm, impeccable personal grooming, and a clear passion for customer service.
