Supports special-events operations at Atlantis The Royal, delivering events and guest experiences to luxury hospitality standards.
The role involves events ranging from intimate celebrations to large-scale functions.
Responsibilities
- Support daily management of special-events operations.
- Oversee event setups, service delivery, and logistics.
- Coordinate requirements with internal teams and event stakeholders.
- Prepare venues, equipment, and service areas for successful event execution.
- Lead and motivate colleagues and maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
About you
- One to two years of similar-role experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant; pre-opening experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, confidence, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and restaurant reservation platforms.
- Sound P&L awareness, food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and business administration skills.
- Understanding of global market trends; demonstrates energy, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
