The Assistant Manager, Guest Relations leads the daily operation of Guest Relations and Concierge functions at Atlantis The Palm.
The role focuses on personalized guest experiences, operational leadership, team development, and luxury service standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead guest engagement and concierge operations.
- Manage VIP and high-profile guest experiences and special occasions.
- Oversee service recovery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop a high-performing team and uphold luxury service standards.
- Collaborate across hotel departments to deliver seamless experiences and exceed guest expectations.
Candidate profile
- Consistent experience in five-star ultra-luxury hospitality.
- Experience in VIP or butler services is especially relevant.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in local knowledge and concierge-level services.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Compensation and benefits
