Qualification and experience
- Minimum qualification is Bachelor of Technology (BTech).
- The posting specifies 4–7 years of required experience.
- Requires strong hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, log analysis, event correlation, alert investigation, and incident validation.
- Requires experience in threat hunting, detection engineering, use-case development, and threat intelligence-driven security monitoring.
- Requires strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, cyber-attack techniques, IOCs, IOAs, and adversary TTPs.
- Requires incident triage, investigation, root cause analysis, containment, remediation, and post-incident review experience.
- Requires hands-on knowledge of SOAR platforms, workflow automation, incident response playbooks, and security orchestration.
- Requires understanding of endpoint, network, identity, cloud, email, and application monitoring, including SIEM/XDR tuning and optimisation.
- Requires analytical, documentation, reporting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001.
Cybersecurity operations
- Perform security monitoring and investigation using SIEM platforms, logs, event correlation, and alert validation.
- Conduct threat hunting, detection engineering, use-case development, and threat intelligence-driven monitoring.
- Investigate and triage incidents, establish root causes, and support containment, remediation, and post-incident review.
- Use SOAR capabilities, automated workflows, and response playbooks for security orchestration.
- Monitor endpoint, network, identity, cloud, email, and application security and tune SIEM/XDR.
