Main duties
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures and provide guidance and support during shifts.
- Conduct daily briefings with the Restaurant Manager about procedures, team assignments, and service goals.
- Maintain service quality and consistency for guests.
- Evaluate guest experiences and implement service improvements.
- Assist with structured training to develop the team and maintain high performance.
