Role purpose
Serve customers on the shop floor and support shop or department managers in efficient operations and high customer-service standards.
Shop operations and customer service
- Advise customers and maintain quality and service standards.
- Manage inventory, place product orders, report operational issues, and address or escalate complaints.
Reporting and team coordination
- Prepare reports on KPIs, sales trends, inventory, and productivity.
- Support scheduling, task allocation, opening and closing, cash procedures, and accounting handovers.
- Communicate targets, monitor performance, and support staff training, motivation, and evaluation.
Qualifications
- Five years of retail or similar experience and two years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Fluency in English, strong product knowledge, and MS Office proficiency.
