Analyst/Senior Analyst role in Agoda's data-driven Performance Marketing Team, focused on pricing optimization and measurable campaign performance.

Responsibilities
- Experiment with pricing strategies across traffic sources and segments; adapt to new product features and roll out successful changes.
- Analyze experiment data and develop predictive models, including demand-elasticity analysis for pricing optimization; coordinate implementation roadmaps with product teams.
- Build performance dashboards, derive insights, identify growth levers, and communicate recommendations through stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science.
- Fluent English communication skills and good numerical reasoning; proficiency in Excel and intellectual curiosity.
- At least 2 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations at a fast-growing globally operating technology company.
- Exposure to one or more data analysis packages or databases, such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, or SQL.
- Digital marketing experience and academic research experience are desirable.
