Support customers and partners across multiple countries and cultures as part of a data-driven customer support team.
Responsibilities
- Provide service by phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, payments, and other queries from start to resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Build expertise across accommodation, flights, and activities; apply policies consistently.
- Escalate complex cases through collaboration and protect customer information.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written Korean and English proficiency of at least B1.
- Stay calm, accurate, and professional under pressure; use guidelines and data to solve problems.
- Manage priorities in a high-volume environment and adapt to tools, processes, and feedback.
- Work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, occasional weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred experience
- Prior customer support, contact center, or service experience is a plus.
- Travel, e-commerce, hospitality, BPO, international customer experience, contact center systems, CRM, ticketing systems, and additional languages are beneficial.
Schedule
- 24/7 rotational shifts, with occasional weekends and public holidays planned in advance.
Workplace
- Hybrid work model: primarily work from home, with on-site collaboration days roughly one week in every eight weeks.

Compensation
