Role overview

Support Associate role supporting English- and Hindi-language customer queries in Pune.

The Customer Support Team provides real-time help to customers through multiple support channels and operates around the clock.

Role responsibilities

  • Provide service to guests and partners by phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve high volumes of inquiries accurately and promptly, including booking changes, cancellations, payments, and other customer queries.
  • Own cases end to end and work toward individual and team KPIs for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build expertise across accommodation, flights, activities, and other Agoda product lines.
  • Apply policies consistently, collaborate on complex cases, and protect customer data.

Core skills and schedule

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi are required.
  • The role calls for customer focus, communication, problem-solving, composure, accuracy, adaptability, time management, reliability, integrity, and collaboration.
  • Rotating morning, evening, and night shifts support a 24/7 operation; public-holiday work may be required.

Preferred experience

  • Prior customer support, contact center, or service experience is a plus.
  • Travel, e-commerce, hospitality, BPO, international customer experience, and familiarity with contact center, CRM, or ticketing systems are advantageous.
  • Additional languages beyond English and Hindi are a plus.

Work arrangement

  • Hybrid model, primarily work from home, with on-site collaboration days roughly one week out of every eight weeks.
