AI Character Program Manager

Job Title: AI Character Program Manager (1 Position)

We are seeking a strategic, organized, and innovative AI Character Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of programs focused on AI-powered characters, digital humans, virtual agents, and interactive personas.

The successful candidate will oversee character development initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment between creative vision, technical implementation, user experience, and business objectives.

This is a hands-on role working closely with AI engineers, character designers, writers, performers, product managers, researchers, and external partners to deliver engaging and scalable AI character experiences across multiple platforms.

Lead the planning and execution of AI character development programs across products, platforms, and initiatives.

Define program goals, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics for digital characters and AI-driven experiences.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, conversation designers, storytellers, animators, performers, UX specialists, and product stakeholders.

Manage the lifecycle of AI characters from ideation and design through deployment, optimization, and long-term maintenance.

Develop project schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and operational processes to ensure successful program delivery.

Oversee character documentation, personality frameworks, behavioral guidelines, and experience standards.

Monitor program performance and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Facilitate communication among internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Research emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends related to AI characters, digital humans, conversational AI, and interactive experiences.

Support strategic planning, presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and business development initiatives related to AI character programs.

Minimum BA/MA in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Management, Digital Media, Psychology, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

At least 3–5 years of experience in program management, product management, AI initiatives, digital media, gaming, interactive experiences, or related industries.

Strong understanding of AI-powered products, digital characters, conversational systems, and user engagement principles.

Knowledge of large language models, conversational AI platforms, digital humans, virtual assistants, or related technologies.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
