AI-Enhanced Performance Director

We are seeking a visionary, results-oriented AI-Enhanced Performance Director to lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence initiatives that drive organizational performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

The successful candidate will oversee the integration of AI-powered solutions across business functions, identify opportunities for process optimization, and establish performance frameworks that leverage advanced analytics and intelligent automation.

This is a leadership role requiring close collaboration with executives, technology teams, operations specialists, data scientists, and external partners to transform business performance through innovative AI-driven strategies and measurable outcomes.

Lead the development and execution of AI-driven performance improvement strategies across the organization.

Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, decision-making, and operational effectiveness through artificial intelligence technologies.

Design and implement performance measurement frameworks supported by predictive analytics and real-time intelligence.

Collaborate with business units to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data-driven improvement initiatives.

Oversee the evaluation, selection, deployment, and optimization of AI platforms, tools, and solutions.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, and operational leaders.

Develop roadmaps for intelligent automation, machine learning applications, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Monitor emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on organizational performance and competitiveness.

Ensure governance, ethical AI practices, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance across all initiatives.

Prepare executive reports, performance dashboards, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, implementation timelines, and resource allocation.

Support organizational change management efforts and promote AI adoption across teams and departments.

Minimum BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

At least 5–8 years of experience in performance management, digital transformation, AI implementation, business optimization, or related leadership roles.

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, business intelligence, and process automation technologies.

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation or performance improvement initiatives.

Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong project management experience, including budgets, timelines, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and technical specialists alike.

Knowledge of data governance, AI ethics, privacy standards, and risk management principles.
