About This Role

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized **Female Front Desk & Sales Coordinator** to join our team.

This role is a perfect blend of front office management and client coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, coordinate office supplies and vendors as needed.
  • Generate quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify potential clients and contribute to new business development.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients.
  • Follow up on client inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and other tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional attitude and customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
