UKR Sea Shipping is hiring an Admin & Accounts Coordinator
Responsibilities
- *Posting payments
- Issuing invoices and payment slips
- Confirming incoming payments
- Following up on pending payments
- Maintaining accurate accounting records
- Reordering office supplies and pantry items
- Organizing team activities and office events
- Planning birthday celebrations and team gatherings
- Coordinating office maintenance and daily operations
- Supervising office cleaner
- Supporting e-commerce and operations teams with admin tasks
Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good Excel and computer skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and follow up independently
- Experience in e-commerce or office coordination is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Office timing 8:30-17:30
- Pay: AED3,300.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience
- Accounting: 2 years (Required)
- Administrative: 2 years (Required)
