About This Role

We're Hiring โ€” Admin & Operations Coordinator

Nexar Group โ€“ Maintenance Division \| Dubai, UAE

This is not

a basic admin role.

This is an

operations control

role.

We're looking for a smart, reliable, highly organized coordinator who can run the back office of a growing Dubai maintenance and fit-out company โ€” dispatching teams, tracking every job to completion, handling clients before and after the work, and making sure every job gets billed properly.

You will be the central nervous system of our operation.

What you'll own:

๐Ÿ”น Dispatching daily jobs to technicians and supervisors ๐Ÿ”น Planning routes and schedules across Dubai ๐Ÿ”น Tracking every ongoing and completed job ๐Ÿ”น Communicating with clients before, during, and after each job ๐Ÿ”น Preparing quotations, invoices, and job reports ๐Ÿ”น Organizing LPOs, receipts, and site documents ๐Ÿ”น Tracking payments and pending invoices ๐Ÿ”น Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams

What we're looking for:

โœ“ UAE experience in maintenance, fit-out, or technical services โœ“ Strong English communication (mandatory) โœ“ Excel, WhatsApp coordination, and basic office software โœ“ Experience with Jobber, Odoo, or similar CRM systems

is a strong advantage โœ“ Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a strong follow-up mindset โœ“ Calm under pressure โ€” solution-oriented, not panic-prone โœ“ Takes ownership โ€” not "task-based" working

What we don't want:

โŒ Office workers who wait to be told what to do next โŒ "It's not my job" thinkers โŒ Anyone who forgets a task once they've left the office for the day

The package:

๐Ÿ’ผ Basic Salary: AED 3,000 โ€“ 5,000 (based on experience and capability) ๐Ÿฅ Standard UAE employment benefits as per UAE Labour Law ๐Ÿ“ˆ Real ownership of operations โ€” not a desk-bound clerical role ๐Ÿš€ Opportunity to grow into a senior operations role as the division expands
