About This Role

Job Description

We are hiring: Admin & Document Control Coordinator

Company: Industrial / Manufacturing Project

We are looking for a well-organised Admin & Document Control Coordinator to support office administration, document control, supplier follow-up, basic HR records, invoices/LPO tracking, and project coordination.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years UAE experience preferred
  • Strong English communication
  • Good Excel, Word, Outlook skills
  • Experience in admin, document control, procurement support, construction, manufacturing, or trading company preferred
  • Must be organized, accurate, and able to follow up independently
  • Candidates living near Dubai South, Jebel Ali, DIP, Discovery Gardens, Al Furjan, Expo area, or nearby preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred
