About This Role
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Admin/HR Officer to support the day-to-day HR, administrative, and operational functions of our K360 Dubai Festival City branch.
Operations & Systems
- Process and monitor shop transfers accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in inventory management including stock monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting
- Operate and maintain records on Odoo ERP system for inventory, transfers, and related admin tasks
HR
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, and flag irregularities
- Handle disciplinary actions including drafting warning letters and supporting formal procedures
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records
- Coordinate with Head Office HR on visa renewals, contract updates, and employment documentation
- Prepare HR reports and headcount summaries for management
Administration
- Manage office supplies, branch inventory, and coordinate with suppliers when needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and filing
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and maintaining branch calendars
- Liaise with mall management (Dubai Festival City) on administrative and facility-related matters
- Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day branch administrative requirements
- Ensure branch compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
- Assist in preparing operational reports, petty cash records, and expense tracking
Requirements
- 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in retail or F&B
- Familiar with UAE Labour Law
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Odoo ERP is a must
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
- Able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
- Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
