Manage corporate client requirements in Qatar in an experienced Account Executive role.
The role requires previous QFC experience and understanding of corporate services, company administration, onboarding, and regulatory documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and handle day-to-day requirements.
- Support QFC registrations, licensing, renewals, and amendments.
- Coordinate onboarding and collect corporate and compliance documentation, including KYC/AML materials as required.
- Assist with corporate administration and ongoing company maintenance.
- Coordinate with QFC, authorities, stakeholders, and internal compliance, finance, and administration teams.
- Track applications, renewals, approvals, and outstanding requirements; maintain accurate client records.
- Respond to client enquiries and provide timely updates.
- Build and maintain professional corporate client relationships.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in Corporate Services, Company Formation, Business Setup, Corporate Administration, or a similar environment.
- Previous QFC experience is required, with good understanding of QFC processes, corporate documentation, and client requirements.
- Experience managing or coordinating corporate client accounts.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML and compliance documentation is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and client-management skills; excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Currently based in Qatar or relevant Qatar market experience is preferred.
