Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem, with a focus on Deluge, CRM customization, Creator, and integrations.
The stated salary is AED 9,000–11,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Design and customize Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and Analytics applications.
- Create and maintain Deluge scripts for workflows, functions, validation, and automation.
- Customize modules, layouts, fields, blueprints, buttons, and widgets.
- Build workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, and escalation rules.
- Implement Blueprint automation for business processes.
- Build integrations using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and third-party services.
- Manage data migration, imports, exports, and synchronization; create reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain system stability and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Zoho development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with web applications, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Creator.
- Expert-level Deluge scripting proficiency.
- Experience with Zoho APIs, RESTful services, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models and automation.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with data modeling and SQL concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
