X (Twitter) Growth Manager – Crypto

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow MultiBank Group’s Crypto social media and community presence across X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging Web3 platforms.
• Develop and execute social media and community growth strategies designed to increase followers, engagement, impressions, and community participation.
• Create and publish engaging content including market commentary, educational threads, crypto insights, product updates, community announcements, polls, and real-time event coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with traders, investors, influencers, KOLs, media partners, and crypto communities.
• Monitor crypto conversations, industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging narratives to identify growth opportunities and content ideas.
• Engage actively with community members through comments, replies, discussions, AMAs, and community initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty and visibility.
• Utilize AI-powered content creation tools to generate content ideas, optimize messaging, create content variations, and improve content production efficiency.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics, social listening, and audience intelligence tools to identify trends, monitor sentiment, and optimize content performance.
• Support community campaigns including trading competitions, product launches, partnerships, webinars, educational initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Product, PR, and Compliance teams to ensure content is engaging, accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Track and analyze performance metrics including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, impressions, sentiment, and community activity.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve growth and engagement outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in community management, social media management, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience in Crypto, Blockchain, Web3, Fintech, FX, CFD, or Financial Services is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, DeFi, Web3 ecosystems, and crypto communities.
• Proven experience managing and growing X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, or similar online communities.
• Exceptional copywriting and communication skills with the ability to create engaging, platform-native content.
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Jasper, or similar content and productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management, analytics, and social listening tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Typefully, Tweet Hunter, LunarCrush, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly evolving market environments.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
