Social Media Executive

Social Media Execution

• Execute daily social media posting across all assigned platforms.
• Support the implementation of the social media content calendar.
• Ensure all content is published on time and follows platform best practices.
• Monitor social channels and flag important trends, comments, or risks.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to optimize post scheduling, content performance, and audience engagement.

Content Coordination & AI Content Support

• Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams to gather content assets.
• Support content ideation and development using AI-powered content creation and research tools.
• Ensure content follows brand tone, visual guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Support campaign launches, product promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in generating social media copy, captions, and content variations using AI tools while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Community & Platform Support

• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement activity where required.
• Escalate sensitive or high-priority interactions internally.
• Help maintain positive brand presence across platforms.
• Identify emerging social media trends, platform updates, and content opportunities.

Performance & Reporting Support

• Track post performance, engagement metrics, and audience growth.
• Support preparation of social media reports and insights.
• Identify content trends and suggest improvement opportunities.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics and reporting tools to uncover performance insights and optimize content strategies.

Operational Support

• Maintain organized content folders, scheduling tools, and asset libraries.
• Support social coverage for events, exhibitions, webinars, and campaigns.
• Assist with content uploads, captions, tagging, and publishing accuracy.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven workflows and automation processes to improve team efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience in Fintech, FX, CFD, Crypto, or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
