Workplace Experience Coordinator serving as a welcoming and professional point of contact in a client workplace.
Supports workplace services, employee onboarding, events, and positive experiences for employees, clients, and visitors.
What you’ll do
- Welcome facility visitors, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols.
- Answer telephone calls, create presentations, and speak to groups of varying sizes.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders and coordinate mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
- Respond to employee, guest, and coworker inquiries or complaints with customer-service-focused solutions.
- Organize on-site events, including space, room setup and teardown, and supplies.
- Follow security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties about safety matters.
- Coordinate workplace vendors, explain information to the team, and follow manager directions and procedures.
What you’ll need
- High school diploma or GED and up to two years of job-related experience.
- Strong knowledge of English and French for regular communication with clients and staff.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to follow basic routines and standards and communicate straightforward information.
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
Workplace
- Duties include receiving people at the facility and organizing on-site events.
Compensation and benefits
- Hourly pay range is $20–$23.
