Provides project management consulting for assigned markets or high-profile client accounts.
Manages projects from initiation through completion, including multiple real estate projects.
Project delivery
- Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate projects.
- Define scope, resources, estimates, budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risks with clients.
- Conduct complex proposals and bid evaluations, recommend project resources, and develop charters and integrated timelines.
- Monitor schedules, resolve or escalate issues, facilitate status meetings, and guide teams through delivery.
- Coach colleagues, influence stakeholders, and contribute to functional products, processes, standards, and plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and inquisitive skills; innovative problem-solving ability.
Workplace and clearance
- The successful candidate must attain and maintain an active RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance.
