The Senior Financial Analyst – Order to Cash supports CBRE BSO team operations and financial aspects of team operations.
The role focuses on continuous improvement, quality execution, customer metrics, service delivery, SLAs, and business KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and shared-services processes.
- Respond to internal and external customer queries with timely solutions.
- Complete monthly closing activities accurately and efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement, service delivery, and achievement of customer metrics, SLAs, and business KPIs.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related area.
- At least one year of finance or shared-services experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good proficiency in English and ability to promote teamwork.
- Flexibility to handle ambiguity and change; computer literacy.
Preferred skills
- Excel spreadsheet knowledge is preferred.
