The F&A PTP Senior Analyst role is described in the body as an AP/AR accounting clerk/coordinator position.
The role handles clerical accounting duties, including payable and receivable transactions, invoice payments, account recording, and reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile records with employees, management, vendors, and customers.
- Prepare bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements; match order forms with invoices and record information.
- Process disbursements, expense vouchers, and cash receipts; check entries, calculations, postings, and codes.
- Investigate irreconcilable differences and report issues to management.
- Assist with accounting projects and annual regulatory reporting; summarize data for transaction validation.
- Follow defined procedures and deliver work under close supervision and guidance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and up to two years of job-related experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and other financial calculations.
- Ability to follow basic routines, communicate straightforward information, and stay organized with an inquisitive mindset.
