Production and machinery
- Manage end-to-end production of wooden parquet, engineered wood, and solid wood flooring.
- Recommend machines for herringbone, chevron, and customized patterns; evaluate machinery suppliers and specifications.
- Plan production, manpower, materials, and machine capacity.
- Control material wastage, costs, and product quality.
- Develop samples and customized flooring designs.
- Supervise and train operators and production workers; troubleshoot production and machinery issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Estimation, Procurement, Projects, and Installation teams.
- Meet required quality standards and project deadlines.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of relevant wood flooring, parquet, or wood manufacturing experience.
- Strong practical woodworking machinery knowledge, including matching machines to products and designs.
- Strong knowledge of timber, parquet designs, engineered wood, and finishing.
- Machinery sourcing, supplier negotiation, and machine installation experience is preferred.
- UAE flooring, fit-out, or wood manufacturing experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
