Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations across all company departments.
Drive structure, accountability, planning, coordination, efficiency, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Work with department heads to review performance and plans, identify gaps, and provide management with actionable updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Sales, Projects, Installation, Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and HR operations.
- Review weekly and monthly departmental reports and present consolidated reports to management.
- Run regular meetings with department heads covering performance, pending work, priorities, and challenges.
- Maintain operational planners, action trackers, project priorities, and deadlines.
- Monitor activities, KPIs, targets, productivity, manpower needs, bottlenecks, and interdepartmental issues.
- Improve procedures, reporting systems, workflows, accountability processes, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of UAE experience in operations management.
- Experience coordinating multiple departments and working with senior management.
- Strong planning, reporting, follow-up, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel and management reporting skills.
- Must be organized, proactive, confident, accountable, and capable of holding teams accountable.
- Flooring, interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or similar project-based industry experience is highly preferred.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 7,000–AED 8,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
