Production Supervisor

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules based on project requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Supervise workers, carpenters, machine operators, and other factory staff.
• Allocate manpower and resources according to workload.
• Monitor cutting, processing, finishing, material usage, stock availability, and wastage.
• Coordinate production requirements with Project, Sales, Installation, Warehouse, Procurement, and Management teams.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve delays, quality issues, and operational problems.
• Maintain production, attendance, progress, pending work, and resource records.
• Maintain machines, tools, equipment, safety, cleanliness, and workplace organization.
• Train staff, maintain discipline, report progress, and improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant UAE experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar production management role.
• Mandatory experience in flooring, wood flooring, joinery, or related wood manufacturing.
• Experience supervising production workers and managing factory or workshop operations.
• Ability to manage pressure, tight deadlines, and multiple urgent projects.
• Strong leadership, manpower management, planning, scheduling, quality control, and material management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage production independently and take ownership of deadlines and output.
• Knowledge of wood flooring materials, cutting, finishing, and quality control is highly preferred.
• Ability to read production requirements, specifications, and technical or shop drawings is preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,500–AED 5,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
