Sales Coordinator supporting sales operations in the flooring division.
The role involves sales support, documentation, and client coordination in the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate client inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order processing with the sales team.
- Prepare and manage quotations, contracts, submittals, and delivery notes.
- Track project timelines and coordinate with procurement and operations for on-time deliveries.
- Maintain client records, CRM databases, and project files.
- Help create client-specific presentations and proposals.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on project updates and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings and site visits and prepare weekly sales reports.
- Prepare LPOs and invoices, secure necessary approvals, and coordinate billing and payment follow-up with accounts.
- Manage digital and physical filing systems accurately and confidentially.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in a similar sales support role.
- Strong documentation and administrative skills; excellent communication skills in English.
- Arabic is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of UAE market documentation norms, including LPOs, invoices, and contracts.
Preferred skills and experience
- Experience in real estate, interior fit-out, or construction is a plus.
- Familiarity with flooring materials, products, and industry trends is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, or specifications and experience with site supervisors and project managers are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500–5,000 per month.
