Arfeen Real Estate seeks a Web Developer & Digital Marketing Executive to develop and maintain websites and manage digital marketing campaigns supporting lead generation and property marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain company websites using WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
- Create and update property listings, landing pages, and website content.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create graphics, videos, banners, and promotional content.
- Manage social media accounts and publish regular content.
- Implement SEO strategies and monitor website performance.
- Track advertising results, leads, and campaign performance.
- Work with the sales team to promote properties and generate leads.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in website development and paid advertising campaigns is required.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and website development.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong creative, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple digital marketing tasks independently.
- Real estate marketing experience is an advantage.
- One year of social media marketing experience is required.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,000–3,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
