Arfeen Real Estate is looking for ambitious and self-motivated Property Consultants to join our team in Ajman.

The role covers property sales, leasing, client management, business development, and deal closing.

Candidates with sales, customer service, or business development experience are welcome.

Real estate experience is not mandatory for the right candidate.

Training and guidance will be provided.

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Source residential, commercial, rental, and off-plan properties.
• Build relationships with owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Handle enquiries, arrange viewings, and conduct client meetings.
• Present property details, prices, and payment plans professionally.
• Follow up with clients and assist with negotiations and deal closing.
• Maintain accurate client and property records.
• Stay updated on market trends, prices, and new developments.
• Achieve individual targets and contribute to team performance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused.
• Self-motivated with an interest in sales and business development.
• Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
• Willingness to learn UAE real estate practices and sales techniques.
