Employment and Commission

Responsibilities

• Develop business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and owner relationships.
• Secure residential, commercial, rental, and off-plan property listings.
• Build relationships with property owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Respond to enquiries, organize viewings and inspections, and recommend suitable properties.
• Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, locations, and investment opportunities.
• Follow up with clients and support negotiations, offers, and transaction coordination.
• Maintain property records, client information, leads, and follow-up activities.
• Track market developments, property prices, investment opportunities, and sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, presentable, and professional approach.
• Ambition, proactive lead-generation ability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to organize follow-ups, work independently, and manage daily activities effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms.
• Willingness to learn UAE property regulations, market practices, and sales techniques.
• Previous sales, customer service, business development, or real estate experience is advantageous but not required.
