Property Consultant role involving property sales, leasing, client management, business development, and transaction closing.
Real estate experience is not mandatory; training and guidance are provided.
Responsibilities
- Generate business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Source residential, commercial, rental, and off-plan properties.
- Build relationships with property owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Handle enquiries, arrange viewings, and conduct client meetings.
- Present property details, prices, and payment plans professionally.
- Follow up with clients and assist with negotiations and deal closing.
- Maintain accurate client and property records.
- Monitor market trends, property prices, and new developments.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, professional, and customer-focused.
- Self-motivated with an interest in sales and business development.
- Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
- Willingness to learn UAE real estate practices and sales techniques.
