Company Overview

Job Purpose

Project Delivery Management

• Lead projects from contract handover through engineering, procurement, production, integration, testing, commissioning, acceptance, and warranty support.
• Establish execution plans, schedules, responsibilities, governance, and performance targets.
• Manage delivery objectives across multiple sites and teams.

DCS and Automation Delivery

• Oversee DCS, SCADA, PLC, RTU, communication systems, control panels, instrumentation, and third-party package integration.
• Manage brownfield migration, phased cutover, redundancy, minimum downtime, and operational continuity.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and compliant with customer and operational requirements.

Commercial and Stakeholder Management

• Monitor project revenue, costs, profitability, billing, cash collection, and financial forecasts.
• Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims, change orders, and commercial risks.
• Lead customer meetings, steering committees, risk reviews, escalations, design changes, and acceptance requirements.

Cross-Functional and Partner Management

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, planning, production, quality, finance, project controls, testing, and commissioning functions.
• Manage technology partners, system integrators, subcontractors, suppliers, and site-service providers.

Risk, Quality, and Compliance

• Manage technical, operational, commercial, contractual, quality, and HSE risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, risk registers, progress reports, and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contractual requirements, applicable standards, and internal governance.

Testing, Commissioning, and Handover

• Oversee FAT, SAT, integrated testing, commissioning, and system-performance verification.
• Close technical issues, punch-list items, and customer observations within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate training, documentation, spare parts, customer acceptance, and transition to warranty support.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Six to ten years of relevant experience.
• Skills include project control, project change management, project engineering, and project management.

General Management Responsibilities

• Develop people and organizational capability, including delegation, performance management, and succession development.
• Translate corporate goals into business plans, monitor performance, control budgets, and provide progress reports.
• Improve business processes, promote relevant IT systems, and maintain safe, secure, legal, and quality-focused operations.
