Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire domestic and international business opportunities for IT services.
- Generate leads, build pipelines, and execute strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Develop opportunities across software development, digital transformation, modernization, migration, staff augmentation, and outsourcing.
- Manage client discovery, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build executive relationships and strategic partnerships; grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
- Manage CRM, forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting; research markets and competitors.
- Coordinate with delivery and technical teams on onboarding and project execution.
- Lead and mentor the business development team.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹100,000–₹300,000 per month.
- Provident Fund benefit is listed.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Experience developing business for IT services in domestic and international markets.
- Ability to identify potential clients for web development, mobile applications, custom software, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Ability to build relationships with technology executives, founders, and other decision-makers.
- Ability to lead and mentor a business development team.
