Process automotive warranty claims accurately, promptly, and compliantly while maintaining complete documentation and monitoring performance.
Support Service and Workshop teams in efficient after-sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle, parts, and tire warranty claims and ensure accurate, timely submission.
- Develop and maintain procedures aligned with manufacturer guidelines; review claims and documents for compliance.
- Track pending or rejected claims, follow up, and take corrective action to reduce delays.
- Maintain the warranty database, documentation, and system records; complete timely data entry.
- Monitor claim submission lead time and rejected-claim KPIs; prepare monthly performance reports.
- Review job cards, warranty invoices, estimates, labor operations, parts, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate claim processing with Service Advisors, Workshop Technicians, Parts, and Accounts.
- Support warranty audits, comply with company SOPs and manufacturer standards, and report technical concerns to the appropriate supervisor or Master Technician.
Candidate requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in automotive warranty administration, after-sales operations, or a similar capacity.
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology or a relevant discipline/diploma.
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
- Computer literacy and good knowledge of MS Office and automotive service systems.
- Good understanding of warranty procedures, job cards, claims, labor operations, parts, invoicing, and manufacturer requirements.
