Payroll and accounting duties
- Process monthly payroll in compliance with UAE Labor Law, regulations, and company policies; prepare and submit WPS files through authorized banks.
- Manage payroll across multiple locations and entities, and coordinate salary payment requirements.
- Post journal entries and general ledger transactions; manage accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Validate payroll elements, deductions, payroll comparisons, commissions, leave salary, and end-of-service benefits.
- Prepare salary information for back-charging to other Group companies where applicable.
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records, contracts, and amendments; support ICV, internal, and external audits.
- Work with HR and Finance to resolve payroll matters and ensure accurate employee cost accounting.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of relevant payroll or accounting experience and previous UAE experience are required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Oracle Fusion or SAP experience is a plus; banking transaction experience is an advantage.
Pay
- The posting states pay of AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
