Supports the service business with vehicle delivery and collection, staff transportation, document handling, vehicle registration, payment collection, and related activities across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect vehicles for servicing, repairs, and customer handovers.
- Transport service staff as instructed by the Manager in Charge.
- Deliver documents and other materials to designated recipients.
- Collect payments and ensure accurate documentation and handover.
- Complete vehicle registration procedures in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other UAE emirates.
- Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, battery, tyres, and vehicle cleanliness.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and customer test drives when required.
- Learn basic XPENG vehicle specifications and features.
- Keep vehicles clean and presentable; follow traffic laws, company procedures, and safety requirements.
- Carry out other duties assigned by service and aftersales leaders.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum three years of driving experience; the posting also marks three years as preferred.
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Automotive dealership, service-centre, or vehicle delivery experience is an advantage.
- Vehicle registration, document delivery, and payment collection experience is preferred.
Technical skills
- Safe driving and vehicle handling.
- Knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
- Ability to complete vehicle registration procedures across emirates.
- Basic vehicle checks and maintenance.
- Accurate handling of documents, payments, and vehicle handovers.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; duties include travel across the UAE.
