Ali & Sons Holding seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to support organizational integrity, business ethics, and regulatory compliance in Abu Dhabi.
Regulatory compliance
- Monitor compliance with local, national, and international regulations and industry standards.
- Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and manage audits and inspections.
- Act as MLRO, handle FIU notifications, and maintain confidentiality.
Policies and risk management
- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Screen customers, vendors, and employees for adherence to compliance standards.
Training, monitoring, and reporting
- Design and deliver compliance training and foster an ethical compliance culture.
- Inspect records for AML/CFT compliance and detect suspicious transactions.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management and regulators; oversee group adherence and identify areas for improvement.
Incident management
- Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain an incident database and follow resolution measures through completion.
