Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide coaching and training.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when necessary.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Prepare warehouse reports, including inventory, productivity, and shipping performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills And Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
