Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is maintained within agreed minimum and maximum levels.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Verify the accuracy of all goods received, stored, transferred, and dispatched
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare inventory reports, including stock valuation, inventory movements, shortages, and variances.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
Skills And Competencies
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
