We are seeking an experienced Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) with a strong background in diesel generator spare parts sales and aftermarket support.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with generators and a proven track record of developing business within the rental power, construction, oil & gas, defence, and industrial sectors.
This role focuses on promoting genuine spare parts, developing long-term customer relationships, identifying aftermarket opportunities, and achieving sales growth across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell genuine Generators spare parts and aftermarket solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with customers in rental power, construction, oil & gas, defence, and industrial sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through parts sales and service support.
- Conduct customer visits to assess equipment requirements and recommend spare parts solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
