Overview

Financial Management & Reporting ❖ Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. ❖ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. ❖ Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes. ❖ Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, cost control, and margin improvement, providing actionable insights to senior management. ❖ Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury operations to ensure liquidity and optimize financial position. Feasibility & Financial Modeling ❖ Conduct financial feasibility studies for proposed projects, capital expenditures, and investments. ❖ Analyze costs, revenues, cash flows, and ROI to assess project viability. ❖ Prepare detailed project financial models for investments, new products, or business expansion. ❖ Collaborate with project teams to incorporate operational, market, and technical assumptions. ❖ Analyze profitability, cash flow, and risk metrics to inform management decisions. ❖ Support strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term financial forecasts. ❖ Utilize ERP tools, Excel, and specialized financial modeling software to automate and standardize feasibility assessments. ❖ Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks, including VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS/GAAP, and coordinate with external auditors. ❖ Design, implement, and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk. ❖ Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies to management. Leadership & Stakeholder Management ❖ Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team, setting objectives, KPIs, training, and conducting performance reviews. ❖ Collaborate with other departments (operations, commercial, supply chain, legal) to support business decisions, new investments, cost optimization, and growth initiatives. ❖ Lead or support ERP/financial system integrations or upgrades, driving automation and efficiency in financial processes. ❖ Provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions and resource allocation.
