Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with strong business development
capabilities and a solid engineering background.
The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker
with proven sales experience in the UAE gensets/generator/power sector and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Civil, MEP, Infrastructure,
- and Road projects.
- Act as a hunter, proactively generating leads rather than only responding to inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and
- procurement teams.
- Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations as required.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical submittals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a consistent track record of performance.
- Maintain an updated database of clients, projects, and market intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, logistics) to ensure smooth order
- execution.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the General Manager.
